MSKCC subscribes or has access to multiple proprietary databases and electronic book collections. Most of such resources, besides the main context, such as ebooks, etc., offer additional support materials for learning and clinical practice.

Library textbook and reference work collections such as StatRef  and other databases such as BMJ Best Practice, Cochrane Library, Lexi-Comp, Mircromedes, OVID databases, UpToDate, VisualDx have materials in support of education and clinical practice.

MSK Publications Added to Synapse in January 2020

The Synapse team has already added 484 MSK-authored works (published in 2020) to Synapse, our database of MSK publications and authors.

New Database: Timmerman Report

The Library has added a new database – the Timmerman Report. This is an independently-owned subscription publication that provides timely, in-depth biotech news and analysis. It’s for anyone who seeks to understand new drug development, regulatory issues, business strategies, diagnostics, genomics, and other technologies that are changing medicine.

The Timmerman Report will publish 2-3 stories per week on innovations, emerging trends, and market forces in the form of news, commentary, original features and a podcast. This database requires a login and password, and can be accessed here.
