The library has recently added the 5th edition of Atlas of Human Anatomy into the ebook collections through the Metropolitan New York Library Council. Atlas of Human Anatomy uses Frank H. Netter, MD’s detailed illustrations to provide a coherent visual vocabulary for understanding anatomy and how it applies to medicine. This 5th Edition features a stronger clinical focus-with new diagnostic imaging examples-making it easier to correlate anatomy with practice.

The Library has recently added the Encyclopedia of Biological Chemistry (second edition) to the ebook collections. The 4-volume reference work represents the current state of a dynamic and crucial field of study.  The Encyclopedia pulls together over 500 articles that help define and explore contemporary biochemistry. Each article provides an up-to-date snapshot of a given topic, written by experts, as well as suggestions for further readings for students and researchers wishing to go into greater depth. Small is an international, peer-reviewed journal for nano- and microscience and technology, published by WILEY-VCH. This interdisciplinary journal publishes a variety of article types (see below) in all fields of biology, chemistry, engineering, materials science, medicine, and physics at the nanoscale, and at higher length scales where miniaturization leads to novel and important properties and capabilities.
