Mendeley: Compile, Connect and Collaborate

You can create, organize and search your personal libraries of references with Mendeley. Additional features include: annotating documents and citing while you write your papers.

Users can join the Mendeley Community and connect with researchers globally and have the option of searching for research funding opportunities by simply creating their own account.

Current Access to the Journal of #Thrombosis and #Haemostasis Now Available!

By user request, the Library has recently added a current subscription to the Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis (JTH) – the official journal of @isth (The International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis).  The journal publishes original research reports, reviews, brief and case reports, forum articles, correspondence and announcements related to thrombosis, bleeding disorders and vascular biology. Both basic and clinical contributions are welcomed.

Those interested in publishing with JTH should consult the Author Guidelines.  Authors interested in learning about open access options can learn more here.

Library access to the Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis goes back to 2003 and the title may be accessed via OneSearch.

SportDiscus: Now Available at the MSK Library

The MSK Library recently acquired the SportDiscus database, providing users access to over 2 million bibliographic records on a number of sports medicine related subjects that include: physical therapy, nutrition, occupation health, exercise physiology, kinesiology and more.  From your search results, you can click “FullText@MSK” to order any article you wish to obtain in full text (.PDF) from the library’s ILLiad Document Delivery Services.
