The Library has recently added NIH Data Sharing Repositories to its database collections. The page stores a list of data repositories supported by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). It also includes resources that aggregate information about biomedical data and information sharing systems. Examples of repositories includes Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA) and The Zebrafish Model Organism Databases (ZFIN).
The content can be sorted by name, NIH Institute, or Center. It can be searched using keywords so that you can find repositories more relevant to your data. Links are provided to information about submitting data to and accessing data from the listed repositories. Additional information about the repositories and points-of-contact can be found on the websites of the individual repositories.
You can access the database from here or through the MSKsearch search tab on the Library’s Website.
