MSK 2013 IT EXPO: Library in Your Pocket and More!

Visit the Library table at the Annual IT EXPO on Wednesday September 18 in the Rockefeller Research Laboratories (RRL)  Building. Training and Orientation at the MSK Library

Have you attended one of our workshops lately?  Need training in PubMed? Citation management? Or systematic reviews? Look no further than our Training and Orientation Program at the MSK Library.  Our skilled Reference Librarians provide instruction on EndNote, RefWorks, PubMed as well as iPad training.

New offerings being introduced this summer  include workshops on Mendeley (a desktop and web-based tool for managing and sharing research papers, discovering research data, and collaborating online) and Systematic Reviews (only the investigator’s role).  Workshops are held in RRL, Zuckerman, BAIC or Memorial Hospital. Sign Up for a Workshop at the MSK Library

The MSK Library Training Program offers an array of workshops aimed at improving your work productivity.  Instructional sessions on EndNote, RefWorks, PubMed are offered regularly.  Specialized workshops include: iPad Basics, iPads for Medicine, One Good Article Leads to Another, Targeting PubMed for Nurses, and PubMed+ (webinar format).

Sessions are currently held at four locations on campus. These include the Nathan Conference Room of the main Library in RRL, the CyberLibrary Cafe team room in Zuckerman Research Center, C-180 in the Memorial building and training room 919 at the Breast and Imaging Center.
