No, we’re not going to fly through your office window donning a cape, armed with super powers, and whisk you away to your favorite destination, but we will help you attain your research goals via our new chat reference service. All you need is the Internet and a question.
When you see the  (chat icon) at the bottom of the Library homepage, a Librarian is available to assist you – click on the link to start chatting! When a Librarian is not monitoring the service, you will be directed to our Ask-A-Librarian form where you can leave your inquiry and a reference Librarian will get back to you within 24 hours. No matter your question, the knowledgeable reference staff is here to supply assistance, give our suggestions, or direct you to the appropriate party.
