A few things that grabbed my attention online this week:
- An interesting study suggests how to get your tweets retweeted via @DrShock
- The FDA commitee vote to withdraw approval for Avastin as a breast cancer treatment generated a lot of buzz. An excellent post, Avastin: What Went Wrong by Jody Schoger sums up this complicated case and links to other great posts about it. NPR’s health blog Shots covers the legal precedents involved, saying the case Tests FDA’s Ability to Say No.
- And Google+ is also causing a stir…KevinMD thinks Google Circles May Be Why Physicians Will Embrace Google+, the NY Times tells What Google+ Is All About and CNN says Anyone Want a Google+ Invite? Sorry…
- David Pogue asks, Just How Many Android Tablet Apps Are There?
