Recognizing Our Authors: Highly Cited 2010 MSK Publications

This month’s Director’s Reflection is extra special as it focuses on MSK publications! Between February 3 and 25, 2011, Today’s science sparks will feature the top 15 highly cited MSK articles from 2010. In late January 2011, a search to find these citations was conducted by Sarah Jewell , Reference Librarian, in the SCOPUS database.

These cited papers represent some of our MSK authors, who have in many respects been acknowledged for their work, research quality, and influence in the scientific community.  The Library is pleased to be showcasing these highly cited papers.

As you visit the Library Web site daily to view the latest image, you’ll also note that a few papers are tied for the number of times they have been cited. Check out Announcements , one of the blog’s recurring categories (located on the right of screen), to read about these highly cited references.  We will be starting with 15th place.
