The NLM Classification is produced by the National Library of Medicine for the arrangement of library materials in medicine and related sciences.  Since the 2002 edition, it is published in electronic format and updated annually.  A component of the NLM Classification is the MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) vocabulary.  A search in the 2013 Classification using the term, “cancer,” retrieved many MesH terms for specific cancer subjects.  Read more about the NLM Classification 2013 Edition in the NLM Technical Bulletin.
