New Scopus Interface Enhancements

Scopus recently updated their interface and has included some added functionality and enhancements. Most notably, users can now search for publications by an author’s ORCID number. Scopus has also greatly enhanced their analysis tools, making them more easily accessible across all areas of the Scopus database.

Three tools specifically have been improved and renamed and now include new features such as the option to export charts and graphs.

  • Analyze Results is now called Analyze Search Results and is located on the Document Search Result page
  • Author Evaluator is now called Analyze Author Output and is located on the Author Details page
  • Analyze Journals is now called Compare Journals and is located on the Main Search page
