The National Library of Medicine (NLM) has released a new mobile website to serve as a guide to its mobile resources. Created in HTML 5, the site is accessible via all mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android, Blackberry, Microsoft, etc) and can be saved to the user’s home screen for offline browsing.

Resources are organized by Type, Device and Descriptive Tag. Each entry contains a brief description of the resource, a preview image, descriptive tags and the option to launch/install.

To access the site, go to http://www.nlm.nih.gov/mobile-app/ from a mobile device. You may also access the site, as well as other mobile resources, by visiting the MSK Library’s Mobile Resources LibGuide

To access this guide from the Library website, simply click on the LibGuides link under the Select Library Resources on the upper left hand side of the page.
