Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, we want to ensure that all members of the MSK community know that they can access the Library’s digital collections and resources, as well as request support for their information needs.

Remote Access – Click on Remote Access and enter the requested information. By authenticating that you are affiliated with the Center, MSK staff will be able to access paid and vetted resources from the Library Website.
ASK US – This webpage provides all the ways in which you can reach library staff. Easy to complete forms are available to send your information request to our attention. In addition, the header of all library web pages include the top 3 ways to reach us - Ask-a-Librarian, 212.639.7439, and Chat (icon will appear from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Mon to Fri).
ILLiad Document Delivery – Available for electronically delivered articles and chapters [No book loan pick-ups]. To borrow a book from the MSK Library’s collection, please send your request to asklibrarian@mskcc.org.
