National Cancer Data Base (NCDB) (American College of Surgeons)
The National Cancer Data Base (NCDB), a joint program of the Commission on Cancer (CoC) of the American College of Surgeons (ACoS) and the American Cancer Society (ACS), is a nationwide oncology outcomes database. Some 70 percent of all newly diagnosed cases of cancer in the United States are captured at the institutional level and reported to the NCDB. The data is used to explore trends in cancer care, to create regional and state benchmarks for participating hospitals, and to serve as the basis for quality improvement.
National Cancer Institute (National Cancer Institute)
The National Cancer Institute (NCI) is a component of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). NCI coordinates the National Cancer Program, which conducts and supports research, training, and health information dissemination. NCI offers PDQ (Physician Desk Query; Health Professional and Patient versions) with the most authoritative and up to date overviews (diagnosis, treatment, prevention and research) on different types of cancer.
The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH) is the NIH's lead agency for scientific research on the diverse medical and health care systems, practices, and products that are not generally considered part of conventional medicine. Offers Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) information on select topics related to cancer prevention and treatment for consumers and health professionals.

National Program of Cancer Registries (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC))
This Centers for Disease Control and Prevention site contains data collected by local cancer registries that enable public health professionals to understand and address the cancer burden more effectively.
NCI Drug Dictionary (National Cancer Institute)
The NCI Drug Dictionary contains technical definitions and synonyms for drugs/agents used to treat patients with cancer or conditions related to cancer. Each drug entry includes links to check for clinical trials listed in NCI's List of Cancer Clinical Trials.
NCI: Clinical Trials (National Cancer Institute)
A comprehensive resource from the NCI that provides links to educational materials describing what clinical trials are and why they are important, a searchable database for current cancer clinical trials that are recruiting patients, and a link to summaries of noteworthy results from completed clinical trials.
