It features built-in search filters for diagnosis, therapy, etiology, and prognosis and includes links to databanks of DNA/protein sequence and 3-D structure data. This database covers a wide range of medical topics to include surgery, medical research, physiology, cardiology, oncology, nursing, nephrology, gastroenterology, and more. Of interest, a user can search cancer literature as a subset by using the Limits feature. A search also allows the user to restrict to nursing journals only. Content is updated daily. Links are available from PubMed to full text articles (Fulltext@MSK).
