Description: This drug information resource provides access to the approved drugs and dosage forms used at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. The Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee selects drugs for addition to the Hospital Formulary based on therapeutic efficacy, toxicity, and cost. These decisions are then evaluated by the Medical Board before they can be included. The Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee reviews new requests for additions on a monthly basis. Quarterly Formulary supplements are distributed to keep Healthcare Providers informed about additions, deletions, and changes. Access to specific links such as Pharmacogenomics Online, Infectious Diseases, Poisoning & Toxicology, Laboratory Tests, Diagnostic Procedures and Clinician’s Guide to Diagnosis are available.
