CyberLibrary Cafe: Now Brewing Up More than Just Coffee!
The MSKCC Library has partnered with the Department of Food and Nutrition Services to bring you a new space where you can sip and browse, or sip and surf! Introducing the CyberLibrary Cafe located in the Zuckerman Research Center (enter through the 69th Street lobby, turn left), where coffee, light food fare, and information are all on the menu.
The CyberLibrary Cafe has:
- four computer workstations providing access to Library resources.
- a selection of key scientific journals and daily newspapers for users to browse.
- a lounge-type environment.
- a Reference Librarian available for consultation from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
- a team room for collaborative work activities. Reserving is easy and quick, simply drop by the CyberLibrary Reference Desk, email Ask a Librarian or contact Reference Services at 212-639-7439.
- two plasma screens above the coffee bar highlighting scientific images from publications by our MSKCC authors. If you have an image or animation from a published article, paper or presentation to share, please contact Donna Gibson.
Food and Nutrition Services will be open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Stop by for a free cup of coffee on Monday, November 20 or Tuesday, November 21, and learn more about the CyberLibrary Cafe.
