COS Funding Opportunities
MSKCC Staff Access to Community of Science (COS) Funding Opportunities
The Library in collaboration with the Office of Sponsored Projects, a department within the Research Resources Management division, is pleased to announce staff access to COS Funding Opportunities.
MSK staff can access this resource via the Library Web site by entering COS in the Library eResources Title Search box. This search box can be found on every interior page on the right-hand side of your screen or as one of the tabs on the main page.
You can also navigate to this resource from the Office of Sponsored Projects Web site (go to MSKCC Intranet, click Table of Contents located in the left navigation bar and selecting R for Research Support).
Resource Highlights
- COS Funding Opportunities Records - contains the title, abstract, amount, sponsor, contact information, deadline, eligibility requirements, and COS keyword (standardized list of terms, applied consistently through all records)
- Search Options - two levels: free-text simple search and detailed advanced search
- Search Results - ability to sort by relevancy, amount, deadline, and more
- Save Searches and Tracking - save up to 40 searches that can be run at a later date as well as track updates on up to 200 individual records
