Enter Trial: http://www.funding.scival.com/homeSciVal Funding - Web Help The MSKCC Library in collaboration with the Research and Technology Management Division are pleased to host a new funding resource trial that will end on October 21, 2009. SciVal Funding is a web-based solution that enables researchers, research administrators, and interested users to access current research funding opportunities and award information, as well as funding recommendations based on a researcher’s personal profile and publications list on Scopus, an abstract and citation database available from the Library Web site. During this two-month trial, we are also seeking volunteers to provide their feedback regarding this “new” grant searching tool, to see how it measures up to funding opportunities currently available to MSKCC staff. If you are interested, please contact Donna Gibson (gibsond@mskcc.org) or Debra Schaller-Demers (schalled@mskcc.org) for details. Funding Resources Currently Available
MSKCC staff can access these resources via the Library Web site, on or off campus by entering the resource name or acronym in the Library eResources Title Search box. This search box can be found on every interior page on the right-hand side of your screen or as one of the tabs on the main page.
You can also navigate to these resources from the Office of Sponsored Projects Web site (go to MSKCC Intranet), click Table of Contents located in the left navigation bar and select R for Research Support. From this page, click on Funding Opportunities >> FOA Databases COS SPIN NIH.
